Our system emails tracking numbers automatically. The tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the account. Sometimes tracking emails get stopped by spam software, so check your Junk or Spam folder if you did not receive it. See below to track a package online.
Get Tracking Numbers Online
Log in to your account and visit the My Account page. Your prior orders are listed there.
Click View beside the order you wish to track
Tracking information appears in the Order History
Just copy and paste your tracking number into Google Search. Google search accepts tracking numbers from all our carriers. Very handy, Google!

The most common delivery problem we see is using the USPS (US Mail) to deliver to a place with no mailbox. Job sites, loading docks and large manufacturing plants are good examples. If you need to ship to a location like those, please use UPS.
