Custom Engraved Heavy-Duty Plastic Nameplates
Our heavy-duty plastic nameplates are laser engraved on 0.060" thick, modified acrylic-based engraving stock with a light textured finish. The textured surface resists scratching, wear and abrasion, and holds up well where grit, oils, solvents and chemicals would wear down an ordinary plastic label. The laser cuts through the surface color to expose a contrasting core, so the engraved text stays sharp and permanent.
Built for Tough Industrial Environments
Customers use these durable plastic nameplates on earth moving equipment, in meat processing plants, on commercial marine vessels, and in drilling, refining, foundry and mining operations. They're a good fit for industrial nameplates and equipment ID plates anywhere a standard label would get scuffed or contaminated, indoors or outdoors.
Sizes, Colors and Mounting
Heavy-duty plastic name plates are available from 1/2" to 5" high, from small component tags up to 5" x 7" engraved information signs, with the most popular sizes shown above. Choose from six color combinations. Nameplates come with 3M 467MP peel-and-stick adhesive, or with mounting holes for screws or rivets on sizes from 1/2" to 2" high. See our name plate and text size guide to check how much text fits.
