Shipping & Returns

The Lead Time is the time we need to create your products and present them to the shipper.

The Transit Time is the time the shipper takes to deliver your package. We offer UPS Next Day Air for urgent shipments.

Orders placed online using our customizable templates get an expedited 1-2 business day lead time.

If you require a quote, based on CAD drawings, spreadsheets or other documents you provide, then your lead time will be provided in your quote. Most quotes will have a 1-2 week lead time. It will always be faster and cheaper to customize online compared to requesting a quote.

Order Tracking

Our system sends a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships. Tracking info is also available by logging into your account. If you have a delivery problem, please contact us by replying to your confirmation email. Often, we are able to respond faster by email than by telephone.

US Carriers & Cost

We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) or The US Mail (USPS). USPS is available for US Mail verified addresses. UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available for urgent shipments. Transit time will vary with the chosen service.

Due to recent changes in VAT requirements we can no longer ship to the UK or EU.

Returns

The custom nature of our products means we Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges unless there is an error or defect in the product. In that case we will refund or replace the items as quickly as possible.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and that's the bottom line. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
